The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I'm starting to itch to get back in the ring now. Been out of it for two months because of financial constraints, so Gav has been training on his own. But he's in a show right now, and part of me is kicking myself. I should have been in it too...



But there'll be no shows for me anyway, not until I can decide on a character! At first I was gonna have 'BloodRed', cos of my hair being the color it is, and have 'Lecher bitch' by Genitorturers as my entrance music, but for some reason I went off that idea. Then I thought of using 'Fallen Angel' and having Wish I had an Angel by Nightwish as my entrance. The intro to it is perfect, and would fit with the logo i've designed, but I still don't know for sure.



Still, there's plenty time to make my mind up.

Well, I never thought i'd come away from Santa Pod feeling worse than when I went...but this time has been horrendous. Nothing wrong with the racing, the cars were just as fast as ever, there were no major mishaps...



We got there wednesday, set up camp - no problems. Thursday we all sat watching the racing - no problems. Friday - a few of the group seemed to be in a bad mood, and were ignoring us, which set the rest of the group off. Not nice. Saturday, I was ill so spent most of the day in the tent by myself - I made Gav go up on the bank with the others so he could fill me in on my favourite car's progress. Saturday evening - tried to start up my car: nothing. Everybody decided to crowd round the car offering umpteen explanations as to what could be wrong with it - but doing sod all about it. then I got a phone call from my friend James - who was house and pet sitting - to tell me my 4 month old kitten Missy, who i'd only had for 2 months, had just died in his girlfriends arms. So that kinda put the lid on things. Sunday was spent at camp all day, trying to figure out what was wrong with the car. Finally ascertained it was the fuel pump. Which meant there was nothing we could do. Monday - going home day. After racking our brains to think of some way of driving the car home, we had to admit defeat and call a tow-truck. Which then took about 6 hours to get to us.



So now, i'm stuck with a car that doesn't work, and a burial site instead of a kitten. My only comfort in all this is Gav, and the hope that This Too Shall Pass.

We're setting off tomorrow for the September FIA finals, and what is looking to be a damn good line up. I'll be posting the final line-up when we get back, haven't really got time now.



Need to pack the car up! Luckily there's only Gav and I in the car this year, so I got tons of space in my Cavalier to fint the BBQ, gas cylinder, massive tent, suitcase (trust me, it's easier!), and everything else we take with us.



Speaking of, I really shouldn't be sitting here talking about it, I should be doing it!
